At Imagine Sewing & Vacuum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your machine or accessory doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

  Ensure the sewing machine, vacuum, or accessory is placed back in its original box with all included manuals, power cords, and attachments.

  Shipping or Drop-off

  Bring your item directly to our service counter or use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the unit back to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
